Mardalup Park Works Updates

Following consultation with the local community, EPRA has modified its works program to minimise impacts to residents and businesses in the area.

EPRA had intended to undertake the works in the cooler months earlier this year when there was less activity around the Cove. Unfortunately, several factors including availability of steel and project approvals delayed the commencement of works until September.

In response to feedback from the local community that works will be of greater impact during the warmer months and particularly leading up to Christmas, EPRA will now stage the Mardalup Park works program.

The first stage has commenced and will include the area east of the 11 Brown Street building only. Stage one works are due for completion by the end of November 2008, with the remaining stage of the works program to be completed in the cooler months next year.
