Reactivation of the Cultural Centre will make the area safer and more secure, with shaded rest areas and areas far more conducive to ‘passive recreation’ and social gatherings.

Connecting arts and cultural activities with the wider Northbridge and introducing a range of additional land uses to the Centre will expand the social and demographic profile of visitors to the precinct.
