The surrounding area of Northbridge is one of Perth’s most established neighbourhoods that for more than 150 years has been a centre for cultural diversity with a variety of ethnic and community groups.

It is a dynamic and cosmopolitan area that will benefit enormously from the integration of the Cultural Centre.

EPRA’s Urban Renewal Strategy for the Perth Cultural Centre is being developed in consultation with the precinct’s tenants, neighbours and stakeholders and will see the creation of an environment that is safe, secure, friendly and enjoyable for the community to live, work and play in.
